STRATEGIC PARTICIPATION FOR MAORI
IN MAINDUSTRY MANAGEMENT
The Maori Tika Cooperative Society Ltd consultation project has collected and collated relevant quantitative and qualitative data to form the bases of any developmental process and carried out valid needs analyses within targeted areas of Hapu in maindustry and industries, and to ascertain Maori Dimensional needs in relation to Standards, Resource, and Reciprocal Methodology i.e. (barter Koha and two way Baking) and training strategy/s.
Specify strategies as a result of any needs analyses, which will enable the parties to identify with broader maindustry strategies and objectives.
Establish Maori methodology to balance Hapu co-operatives to work in a co-operative environment with Local Governments or groups.
Facilitate Lawful and legal status and identity for this Accord is for acknowledgement into Maindustry and Hapu to co-operate and operate a sustainable management group within the Cooperative organisations.
Assist in Maori Resource Dimensions, negotiations, and contracts in order to implement an agreed or identified specific strategy.
Evaluate monitoring strategic implementation effectiveness and make recommendations for either revision or standards of such strategies within Maindustry development of co-operation and training methodology.
DATA BASE:
Maori Tika and OHCS consultants experience In reciprocal management has an extensive knowledge and is highly qualified in law- lore procedures and will be (In addition) be establishing a data base in order to assist with strategy implementation of the Hapu cooperative group lawful systems. This data base will also assist in the establishment of criteria for evaluating industry summative moderation and assessment of strategy effectiveness which applies to Maori involvement in Maindustry and related business or commerce. Which will compliment both formal industry members and Maindustry Cooperatives.
The established Data Base is to measure the degree of the multi users, and participation of Co-operative member involvement in:
a     Registration of Maori Case law.
b     National and International potential and marketing.
c     Workforce participation.f Maori involvement currently participating in finance.
e     Align affective strategies for Maori for market share and responsibilities with market needs in an objective (data driven) manner towards Maindustry
MAJOR CONSIDERATIONS:
i)     Accountability long term and Co-operation Bond and unity.
ii)      Viable - Realistic - Attainable and Specific results
iii)        Sustainability - Quality Assurance and High Standards  
iv)       Manageability of Maori Resource using Co-operation and financial set standards between the deciding parties and guided by the MMSQA.
FUNCTIONS OF THE PARTIES:
(a)      The Parties shall develop standards and to promote, encourage, and facilitate the use of resource and processes with the object of:-
(b)      Improving the quality of life, goods and or services, having regard to the economy in their production or supply; or
7.0     MAINDUSTRY TRAINING STANDARDS
Without limiting the effect of subsection (6) of this section, the party's functions shall include the following: -
(a)       To prepare draft standards and, when satisfactory to the parties, to approve them as to the Industry or Maori Maindustry Standards Qualifications Authority.
To examine Maori Standards or other standards organisations and, if the parties considers it appropriate, to adopt and promulgate them (with or without modification) as New Zealand standards or to endorse them as suitable for use in New Zealand or internationally.
(b)      To examine MMSQA or New Zealand Standards and, if the Hapu considers it appropriate, to revoke them or approve and promulgate standards to except, replace or modify them:
(c)      To undertake and promote research and educational work in connection with the development and use of Maori Standards, Processes, Methods, Kawa.
(d)      To adopt and regulate the use of standard marks in relation to goods, services, processes, or practices;
(e)      To register under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, Trade Marks Act 1953 as certification trade marks standard marks adopted by the OHCS:
(f)      To co-operate with other standards organisations and organisations or persons with similar or related functions with a view to furthering the functions of the parties, and to become a member of or affiliate to any such organisation as the parties consider appropriate:
(g)     To co-operate and promote Maori and New Zealand's participation in the preparation of international Trade and Standards and in there promulgation.
(h)       To perform any other functions conferred on it by or under this or any other enactment.
JUSTICE CO-OPERATION
The parties shall, as part of its processes leading to the approval, adoption, endorsement, or revocation of Justice Standards, invite public comment and consult and co-operate with and bodies, persons or Hapu coop groups engaged in training in standards for Maindustry, consumer groups, and other persons with a view to ensuring as far as reasonably practicable that the parties decisions with respect to the adoption, endorsement, or revocation of any standard are supported by the bodies and persons having an interest in the standard/s, or Maori customary rights.
GOODS
"Goods” includes Taonga, products, substances, or things of any kind, which are Taonga to Maori that may incur a cost.
"Mark" includes a device, brand, heading label, ticket, name, signature, word, letter, numeral, or combination of cultural art.
"Maori Quality" means the Quality Standards in Maindustry.
"New Zealand Standard" means standards promulgated within New Zealand Standards under the standards Act 1988, or as a standard specification under the Standards Act 1965.
“Lore” Means Customary lore of Maori Te Koti Kaitiakitanga  “Maori Justice”.
“Lawful” Means the customary rights of inheritance as people of the Land.
“Legal” The Legal system and laws of  Government.

“Taonga“ means, Kawa, process, Methodology, Things Precious ie Radio waves, Air, Sea, Land.
“Maindustry” means Maori infrastructure.
(a) A description of goods by reference to a mark on the goods.
(b) A model form of by laws/ lore customary rights.
(c) A code of practice.
(d) A glossary of terms.
(e) Definitions or symbols.

SERVICES     
"Services" includes rights, origin/s, benefits, privileges, transaction or facilities of any consideration in kind: “Specifications” means a description of goods, services, processes, or practices by reference to their nature, quality, design, finish, performance, strength, purity, composition, contents, quantity, dimensions, weight, grade, durability, age or other characteristics, and standards.
WHAIAIO  (STANDARDS)
Whaiaio (Standard) means Kawa, Method, a specification relating to goods, services, processes, or practices approved or adopted by the parties, the New Zealand Standards Council, Training Standards any other standards organisation, given recognition and includes modifications to any such specification.
Standard mark means a mark adopted by the parties in relation to any goods, services, processes, or practices to identify those services, processes, or practices as conforming to a standard.
